Towing service was excellent. The mechanic ran a full diagnostic, with my consent, and ordered the needed parts at the best possible price - all with my approval up front. Everyone at Collins was professional and courteous. Pricing for the work was as expected and the estimate was given before any work was done. They even shuttled me back and forth to the motel!
