Awful customer experiences. I’ve worked with Collins Engineers for a couple years and I’m fed up. Multi-week delays, minimal communication, and poor customer service seem to be the norm, like those are acceptable practices there. To renew a very simple engineering letter on an I-beam that I’ve already previously had assessed by them, they made us wait weeks for the proposal and wanted to charge $2600 for 5 minutes work. Overall experience = rude.
