Terrible customer service. Tracking information hasn't been updated , waiting two weeks. The person that takes care of shipping is not available.
I have used Collins Dental exclusively for refurbished equipment since 2015, always had a great experience and great customer service but, this go around has been different placed a $17,000 order back in December, it included an operatory package, compressor, suction unit and a hand held portable x-ray head. Everything but, the x-ray head arrived in a timely fashion. I have been trying since February to either get the x-ray or a $6,300 dollar refund and as of this review I have neither. Great customer service. Product was delivered faster than expected and works perfectly.
