Terrible nurse in the back. Rude and unprofessional.
Very attentive to my needs. Dr. Collins took his time to talk to me, gave me options and explained things thoroughly. I enjoyed my visit.

I have been seeing Dr Collins for about 4 years and I don’t like the way he communicates with you. I’m trying to tell him my problems and he is typing on a computer with his back facing me. To me when you are talking to someone look them in the face that way you know they are listening. I don’t feel that he cares about how I feel or what is going on with me. After 3 visits my symptoms were misdiagnosed, there was no treatment plan, and I was not given a prognosis. It is my opinion that he has no idea what he is doing half-the-time, and just makes hazardous guesses. I quite seriously question his competence. How did he ever get a license to practice medicine?

Both me and my husband have been seeing Dr. Collins for almost six years. Can't say enough good things about him...he listens attentively, is very personable, and knows his stuff!! His staff are courteous and helpful as well!
I have a staff/strep infection from an open wound following cancer surgery in 1994. I must take penicillin every day for the rest of my life. Dr. Collins did not know of this type infection or treatment and refused, 2 times, to refill my prescription, and I ended up in the hospital on IV antibiotics both time. Another occasion, he refused to believe I had bone pain in my hip. Told me it was a pulled muscle. Turned out to be a broken hip, which I walked on for days before he ordered x-rays.
