i had to go on a different email because of collins wife just to feel okay to right this. she told me on recording that she’s trying to push my family out of the office because we missed a appointment. she’s made it to a point where she yells at you so much im to scared to make another appointment. doctor collin’s is so smart i dont think iv ever seen someone smarter. but if its not her way then its the highway. i just hope you dont go here for a family doctor tell she’s gone. no one should have to be scared to get yelled at... read more
Some staff members can be very rude at times, and it seems the doctor does everything he can to not do his job, I once sat waiting over an hour for him while it was empty. Also they are not accommodating, they are open 4 days a week and close at 4pm, 6 and a half hours a day with a 1 hour lunch break, the only way I can ever see them is by taking time off work
My husband and I was recently contacted by Dr Collins office to become one of his patients. Which was great as we are looking for a family doctor. Since we are over 60, we asked how old Dr Collins is as they say he has over 50 years of experience. The staff member said she could not tell me how old he is and proceed to be rude and ignorant!
