Dr. Collins has been my family doctor since birth, over 40 years (with a brief hiatus when I moved, I have since been welcomed back). Though everyone is entitled to their opinion, Dr. Collins and Shiela have always been great to me and my family, so much so, that due to a personal family conflict, Sheila would check to make sure I wasn't coming in for an appointment so not to run into a particular family member. i truly hope people see this before coming to him. his wife is out of control. she will hang up on you. yell at you for simple stuff. i was in there an this older man came in with some medicine in a baggy. i was sitting down looking at my phone when all the sudden i heard the bag slamming and the man being belittled by the wife. i felt so bad it made my stomach turn. i honestly hope you rethink this doctor. don’t get me wrong doctor collin’s is SMART. way smarter then you think. but his wife/secretary, is so rude/outspoken i... read more
i had to go on a different email because of collins wife just to feel okay to right this. she told me on recording that she’s trying to push my family out of the office because we missed a appointment. she’s made it to a point where she yells at you so much im to scared to make another appointment. doctor collin’s is so smart i dont think iv ever seen someone smarter. but if its not her way then its the highway. i just hope you dont go here for a family doctor tell she’s gone. no one should have to be scared to get yelled at... read more
Some staff members can be very rude at times, and it seems the doctor does everything he can to not do his job, I once sat waiting over an hour for him while it was empty. Also they are not accommodating, they are open 4 days a week and close at 4pm, 6 and a half hours a day with a 1 hour lunch break, the only way I can ever see them is by taking time off work
