I called to see if I would be able to get some tires mounted and balanced and had a somewhat rude interaction on the phone. I was told “It sounds like they’re your own tires and we don’t do that here”, before I could say anything else or ask a follow up question I was hung up on. Not a very professional way to handle a simple question

Whoever answered, the phone was extremely rude when we called to ask if they could put a tube in our brand new dirtbike tire. If they can’t do it, understandable, but why be so rude and even hang up on my husband. Hope he has the day he deserves.

Steve and his crew at Collin's Cycle treated me fairly on pricing and generously provided phone help after I bought parts and did work to a vintage Triumph I bought. In addition to price and advice they provided outstanding service in tuning up my bike to make it run perfectly. I now have many miles ahead of me on this bike. If you have need for parts and service avoid the Internet and visit Steve in person for the best experience you can have busting your knuckles on an old British motorcycle!
