Never bank here. Got an auto loan where they kept not applying payments that were made to the loan. Finally when the loan is paid off, they sent it to the wrong address with the wrong name on it, and then refused to accept any responsibility. Essentially hung up the phone on me rather than getting me the title to my car. Now I have to foot the bill to get a new title because of the lack of honesty and integrity. Unprofessional at best.

My partner’s father died and we were exposed to Covid at the funeral. Because of this we missed a payment and they are repossessing our car. Heartless, soulless, capitalist greed. Get a loan through Marine Credit Union, they’re so much better.
