Recieved letters from Jeremy (no last name). Number listed is not in service. Called main phone number, was told they didnt know who Jeremy was. I got transferred to a voicemail to a Hailey. She never returned my call. Anyway, my letter said I had several hundred of dollars in fees for my car, that I always pay on time, and it didnt give a reason. Banking at CCU since 1988. Of late, I have been disappointed to the point I have moved my money out. Their checking account alert system fails consistently! Then told 30 days later of a OD problems. I tend to trust in a system set up supposedly to help bank customers stay abreast to balances and banking needs which at CCU let me down time and time again. I have never had a worse banking experience: Name spelled incorrectly - still not corrected after calling 4 times to correct. Billing Address incorrect - got a collection call because I hadn't paid the bill that I never received. Online banking - due to name mispelling and multiple misguided attempts with their less-than-helpful customer service - it took 4 months for me to successfully login to online banking.
