Bad service! Several times now when I have attempted to access MY money after 10pm I have been declined, and upon looking at my account on their website it shows only "*"'s for all of my accounts, I should be able to get to my money at any time, if I were to be in a crisis situation I would be SOL.
The best credit union ever! I've never had a bank or credit union that came close to being as good as Collins Community Credit Union. I got a better car loan rate from them than I could get from the one I was a member of for 18 years. I won't name any names but it starts with a V and I always felt like they thought they were better than everyone when it was totally opposite for me.
