Excellent customer service over the phone
Completely untrustworthy. I hired them to do the insulation in my home; BAD IDEA. First of all, difficult communication. The workers that actually showed up did not speak English and we could not understand each other. The people in the office would not answer the phone nor call back. They installed the paper faced insulation the wrong way which then had to be redone entirely the correct way this time. We had a similar experience to others listed. They insulated our condo basement. The pricing was comparable and better than other estimates we had. They exceeded our expectations. The two men were respectful, professional and very efficient. They left the house the way they found it. We highly recommend this company.
Collins and Company gave us extraordinary service. It’s rare to find a business that has someone available to always answer the phone, efficiently made an appointment, show up for the estimate and looking at the job, and arrive exactly when they said they would to do the work just as they promised.
