Collins provided the tux rental for a formal fundraising event this past weekend, and were very prompt and professional in getting it done. I was able to get measured at an affiliated non-Collins location near home, pick-up the tux in London on the morning of the event, and they made any last-minute adjustments for me and my colleagues at that time. Would never go back all are suits did not fit right they did not give us a tie for the best mans suit as well being $120 more than other spots for the same suit they would not let you get the suit the week before only a few days when you dont have alot of time to start with
My husband went there to get the suits for are wedding and would never go back almost all the suits did not fit all the jackets are to short the pants to big and shirts as well as they for got a tie with the best mans suit as well as they would only let us pick them up 2-3 days before not a week like most places when you are low on time as it is as well as being $120 more than a place like moores that my husband went to a month ago for a wedding he was in and had a much better experience moores will definitely be getting are... read more
We had a fantastic experience with Collins Clothiers! From the very beginning, the staff were friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. My suit was ready two days before the wedding, and the measurements were spot on — everything fit perfectly. I also rented a tux for my dad, and since he wasn’t able to try it on again after the initial fitting and our wedding was out of town, I was a bit worried. We had a fabulous experience getting both myself and my son Aidan fitted for tuxedos. Cole could not have been more patient or helpful with his suggestions. Aidan is an adult male confined to a wheelchair with limited ability to use any of his appendages. Fitting him is not an easy task. Cole was brilliant in allowing Aidan to make his own decisions while still helping him along with the process.
