We had a fabulous experience getting both myself and my son Aidan fitted for tuxedos. Cole could not have been more patient or helpful with his suggestions. Aidan is an adult male confined to a wheelchair with limited ability to use any of his appendages. Fitting him is not an easy task. Cole was brilliant in allowing Aidan to make his own decisions while still helping him along with the process. Great shop friendly staff nice selection!
Mixed experience overall. The older gentleman was fantastic — friendly, welcoming, and set a great tone. A couple of the supervisors were also helpful and professional. The curly-haired staff member was okay but seemed put off when we returned to get re-sized, even though our return was due to his initial sizing being off. The second fitting, done by someone else, resulted in a suit that fit much better. My experience at Collins was phenomenal. The product, the service, and the staff were knowledgable, kind, and efficient. Special shoutout to Cole for being such a cool guy and such a great help — he is the man! He personally helped me with my own suits, and really knows what he’s talking about.. I looked like a million bucks at my own wedding, and all the weddings I attended afterward! Ask for him if you can!
