Unprofessional does not reply to business inquiries. Answering service would just tell me to call back they are at lunch I called 3 different times 3 different days same message. Finally received an email yesterday after waiting since April 21....was brushed off. I guess my event was not large enough to get their attention or services.
Collins was the caterer for our wedding on April 15th 2016. They were absolutely FANTASTIC. I could not be there for the first meeting, but my wife was there and as soon as she came out she called me and told me that this was the caterer that we are going to use. Over the couple of months leading to the wedding they were fantastic, anything that we needed we could call or email and get an answer straight away.
