Burk Collins Co. is a horrible management company. They are great at telling you what you want to hear but when it comes time for building issues to get addressed, get ready to wait. We went all summer with out A/C in our building and we have had leaks in the same places since we have been there. They will send the same people over and over that cannot find and address the issue just hoping you will forget about it.
