Terrible! Ordered railing for our new build and could not move until it was installed. After 3 weeks beyond delivery date we continued to get bogus excuses while it was not in. We vectored off the “untruthful” excuses and went with Home Depot. I’m new to the area but will not order or buy from Collins in the future!! I seldom give bad reviews but when mistreated like this, their legacy lives on my lips!
Found what I needed quickly and was in and out of the store in less than 5 minutes.
My hometown supply store they pretty much have everything you need. Staff very helpful.
