Ken provides outstanding customer service and is always so friendly and helpful. I have been going there a long time and I would highly recommend them. If you want quality service, go there. You won't be disappointed!
Called schedule appointment for tune of spark plugs and got me in and before fixing additional problem found, they called and asked and verified my approval of the additional service of replacing ignition coil. After getting my truck back it's running great and was extremely happy with service and the charge for the repairs. Ken the owner was extremely professional throughout, recommend using them for service needs or repairs if in the Chittenango area
Had an 8 am appointment they took the Truck right in, inspected it and was done in less than an hour. Very friendly and curtious. This will definitely be my go to auto repair. Thank you for your great service. I have also been recommending to my friends go here.
Collins is the place to get your car serviced. Very honest and does not replace parts that are not needed. Ken learned from his dad (chuck) that being fair and honest builds a good business! Thanks Ken!
