This place is absolutely hands down my go to place for appliances parts . If not in stock is a simple matter to order it in. Staff has always been helpful polite and patient with me. I do attempt to gather all information about the part and appliances I'm working with to be as efficient as possible. That probably helps. Lol
Nice people and parts for just about any appliance you need available locally at several locations…what’s not to like about getting legit factory repair parts without needing to pay or wait on shipping!

This place is OK if you need a part and absolutely must have it today. If you can wait a day and don't want to pay multiple times the cost of a part, buy it online instead. Was quoted $155 for a Whirlpool 279827 dryer motor (very common part) and told that it was "non-returnable" (I didn't ask if it was, my seized motor is quite obviously the problem - I guess they say this to everyone). Whirlpool sells these direct on a popular online retailer for half that price - and if you would somehow get a bad one, 30 days to return. ... read more
They will recommend a part, then tell you it's not returnable when it wasn't the part you needed. They will also claim they have better quality parts than what you can buy elsewhere. Don't believe it.
