Big heavy guy with beard working the counter is miserable. Just chews gum loudy. No customer service skills at all. No greeting. I had to greet him. Threw the part at me. Just threw the receipt at me didn't say thanks have a good day or nothing. If part wasn't for my dad I would've went elsewhere.
Friendly staff. I found the part I needed on their website and was able to pick it up same day.
This is a great appliance parts store, probably one of the best I have ever dealt with. 2 trips there in 2 years and they had 100% of the parts I needed to repair vintage Whirlpool washer & dryer. Highly recommended!
This place is absolutely hands down my go to place for appliances parts . If not in stock is a simple matter to order it in. Staff has always been helpful polite and patient with me. I do attempt to gather all information about the part and appliances I'm working with to be as efficient as possible. That probably helps. Lol
Nice people and parts for just about any appliance you need available locally at several locations…what’s not to like about getting legit factory repair parts without needing to pay or wait on shipping!
