I am 65 years old I've had a trach for 15 years and all kinds of back problems and leg problems thanks to Collins medical equipment I've been able to maintain an active lifestyle and get from the bottom floor to my apartment They have always been so helpful in insurance papers and most recently transferring my system from one apartment to the next I can't say enough good things about them
I just left collins medical on barnum avenue got a knee brace the lady was so helpful advised me and was never pushy high recommend this place great experience
The admin staff was more than helpful at making sure that I received my medical supplies. Shawna personally took care of me and was communicative and helpful every step of the way! She truly went above and beyond so that I was able to get my supplies, I am so so grateful that she treated me with such empathy and respect!!!
