An amazing experience working with Collins and the entire team. Thye have world class customer service. I highly recomend them. The servuce tech who installs the equipment is a super kind and professional young man. If I could give them 10 stars I would. In today's age it is rare to find old school values and customer service like Collins. They have a customer for life!!
Poor customer service. Tried to place CPAP supplies order and called 2 times only to be put on hold. Left message but no returned call. 4 hours later still waiting for call.
Disclaimer: Long Post Ahead ... I have been using Collins Medical Equipment for a while now, and they are so efficient. This company is so efficient that I assumed my supplies were on time per usual, but I did not receive them.
