Very helpful. I called with a question about a piece of equipment ( which I had bought elsewhere ) & I was invited to bring it in to check it out . They were very helpful & patient, both in thr phone & in person . Definitely encourage people to use them for medical equipment needs
Starr was extremely helpful and kind. Her patience and willingness to assist me at every turn was very much appreciated. In stressful times where you need medical aides for a family member, it was refreshing to find someone who showed empathy and really listened to what I needed. I’ll always remember her for that.
My wife is on CPAP and gave an order 2 weeks ago for a hose. She called Collins yesterday to follow up on the order. Had to leave a message on recorder and was told someone would call back in 30 minutes. No call back. Next day she called Collins again and told agent she didn't want to leave a message on voicemail. Agent told her they were waiting for doctor to send prescription which never needed before. My wife's family had done business with Mr Collins Sr back in the 1950s and 60s. I am so glad for coming to this place Collin’s Medical equipment in Bridgeport ct . Oh my God the staff was amazing ms.star and Shone they do the job right . They take measurements and they are super friendly and professional. May the Lord continue to bless them for being so genuine and caring about patients needs. This two ladies are heaven sent.
