Waiting over a week for delivery don’t reply to email asking when rat trap will be sent Total silence This is very poor service and frustrating to a customer I would never buy again Feels like a scam but is probably just poorly managed

This guys used to be good. I bought a couple pumps off them, one lasted ages and was happy. Second one….5 weeks. Even though it comes with a 6 month commercial Warranty this warranty doesn’t cover wear and tear. I asked them to take a look at the older one (still functioning well, except for a minor leak in a flange). I asked if they had replacement flanges, that’s all I asked. I then get a call saying nothings under warranty because it’s been used, they don’t sell the flanges or can’t get them from the supplier. So what the... read more
