I originally tried to buy a new Crown Signia from Jackson's Toyota in Barrie, but the service was so terrible, I drove an extra 50 min to Collingwood for a different experience and I am so glad that I did. Shane in particular was amazing and I would definitely go back for any future purchases. No weird sales tactics and very open/up-front. Would have been nice if he worked out of Barrie (for me personally as it is 5 min from my house), but overall great experience in Collingwood.
This was a seamless purchase experience, start to finish. Shane and Vicki made it so easy. Shane had sent several pictures and answered all our questions via text.
