I have been a patient at this office for two years, and my OB has been excellent. Unfortunately, my experience, and what I have witnessed with the receptionist has been very concerning. As the sole point of contact for patients, her communication has a significant impact on women during what is often a vulnerable time. Absolutely amazing and caring OB’s!! I had the chance to meet them all and my experience was nothing short of amazing. First time mom and with all my anxiety they always made me feel heard and taken care of.
Dr. Zimmerman is the doctor you dream about when you need to see a specialist. She is compassionate to the fact that stuff that isn’t scary is still nerve racking to the patient when everything within her scope deals with areas of the body that make a woman feel vulnerable. She has a very has a calm demeanour and always takes as much time as you need to answer questions.
