Dr Colter is uneducated, untrained and arrogant, she doesn’t have a clue as to why I am bleeding for months on end and hasn’t given me a pots rest the last 4 years I have been bleeding. If I could give zero I would . I have switched doctors after 3 years of trying to get a new one, I have only seen my naturopath in the meantime. She is all I really need but I do need a family doctor so ,,, it’s not at Collingwood Medical, that’s for sure.

States there is a blood lab but it is not true just for the patients who have a Dr in the building.

Dr. Young is literally never available to her patients, is EXTREMELY difficult to reach, and never takes suggestions or concerns seriously. Total lack of care. Additionally, the new receptionist they have is insanely rude and judgemental… really wish it was easier to switch doctors. Completely fed up.
