They won't stop asking me for paying them double! There's no process for complaint. Also there're some lack of knowledge with the GP.

Started seeing Kate Douglas. She is fantastic, empathetic, non judgmental and communicates really well
After being a long time patient since start of this clinic, I had to meet a new GP, Dr Patel, this week as the owner has retired from practise. I would have expected to get the same care provided and my past scripts filled as happened over the years - well he sure was kind and friendly, but that’s where it all ended and he refused to provide the same ongoing care.
