This happened a few years ago (I thought I had made a review, maybe it was deleted by the store?). I came in with a photo of my roof to get some matching shingles. I'm colourblind so I asked an associate for help matching it. He picked a product and I am told to go to the yard with my car and they'll load the shingles there for me.
