I had initially hired Collingwood Handyman Services to fix a few smaller things that needed updating, but was so impressed I asked them to come back to reno my bathroom. Their flexibility, attention to detail and skill was spot on - great value too! In the end, they did fixed up so many things, I walked around my house just admiring how nice it is now! Tom and Dustyn were wonderful to work with and provided expert advice so I could make informed choices about what I needed done.
No No No .... will never use this company again. Beware. Normally I would do references on a company I have never used before and I was concerned that there had been a bad review about how the owner spoke with a person over the phone. But because they had a project delayed they had two free days available so I went with their company as I really wanted a door put in right away. Wouldn't have him back!
I was considering hiring Tom to do some drywall patching/painting and bathroom tile repairs. But talking to him on the phone regarding the job was a very unpleasant experience. His continuous talking and talking took precedence, he refused to allow me a chance to ask any questions. He was so self-absorbed that it hindered his ability to connect with me.
