I just wanted to say a huge thank you to our hygienist, Paula! She was amazing with both me and my 4-year-old daughter. My daughter absolutely loves her and always looks forward to visits. Paula’s professionalism, kindness, and gentle approach made the whole experience so comfortable and positive. We really appreciate her care and attention!
The staff is wonderful as always. I’m always treated with kindness, respect, and cared for according to the service I’m booked for.. I was receive explanation, recommendations as well as cost prior to my dental care. I’m very happy with the team.
I am so happy with Paula, my hygienist at Collingwood Dental. She did a thorough job cleaning my teeth and was so nice to talk to! My initial response when I had my first appointment, back in December '25, was surprise at the cost, over $600. for my first appointment. What I did not know, is that the Canadian Dental Coverage for seniors, expired which meant I had to cover the entire cost! I didn't know that it was my responsibility to renew.
