I have been taking my daughter here a few years and I have never had any problems with the staff or service. The dental workers are very friendly, they remind us to do the teeth cleaning and every time they do it a very good job. Even my husband, who smokes cigarettes frequently and has blackened teeth the workers helped make his teeth more clean. I had an extremely unprofessional experience at this dental clinic. I had a fake tooth installed, and it fell out shortly after. When I returned to the clinic, the doctor claimed the warranty had expired and asked me to pay again. I paid for the replacement, but it fell out again within three months. Now, when I try to follow up, they keep pushing me away. First, they said it was a glue issue and that they needed to order a new one.
