I was a former patient of Dr. Josephine Chung several years ago and I do not recommend this dentist. I did a cavity filling with her, which fell out several times over the next few years and had to be refilled by her. Each time the filling fell out, I noticed it was a silver filling instead of a ceramic/white filling. I consulted a different dentist, and was told that silver fillings are very rarely used anymore as they are of lower quality and do not bond well with the tooth. Very horrible customer service. The dentist was rude when asked questions. Will not be returning to this place.

I agreed what Kevin said. I tried to walk in and ask for appointment and the receptionist so FK rude asked me to find someone to be my referral? I though might be they don't like a man just walk-in. In last month my wife and I tried again just thinking it's closed to where we lived and wanted to book an appointment than again the receptionist rude to my wife. I think either way she got paid to low or they do not care about any customers or might be they made enough and getting retire early...
