This company took off the current roof on my home and replaced a new roof. The workmanship was ok however I had to call them several times to make sure the sealant around the edges of the windows and on the sides of the roof were completed as required. The roof was completed in July 2020. Then there was a bat that flew into my home in 7/20. I think Collingwood Construction Corp did a fantastic job start to finish. The owner Larry worked with us directly through the whole process. He made sure we understood exactly what needed to be done. He was able to work with our insurance for damage that had been caused. All of his employees were extremely professional and respectful. The contractors did an amazing job on both my roof and the siding on my home. They even cleaned up every spec of material and nails that might have blown away or fell off the roof. Remodeled my Kitchen Oct-Nov 2020. Did a great job, will hire again. Larry is always accommodating and willing to answer questions. I got a written contract with all the right details included. Keith was constantly checking the work every day.

on march 23 2020 a rep presentative from this company gave us an estimate on siding our home and approximately 1 week later he returned with another representative and told us that they made a mistake and it would cost an extra $3000 to do the job which we could not afford and again 1 week later they came back with another estimate and told us to talk it over while they were there and we said o.k. but after they left we changed our minds and called the original rep and told him we didn't want them to do the work and asked hi... read more

Larry and crew were very professional and polite. Helped with insurance company for the best outcome for me. I just wish Larry would have been more assertive on gutter issue This would have been cheaper when they put roof on not a year later.
