These guys are always super helpful and very knowledgeable. Prices on chemicals are good and have a good selection of smokers and smoker accessories.
Switched to CW clear choice this year and will never look back to previous provider - I am very happy. Great service and a fair price. Low use tub but every time I get in the water is clear and not chemically. They do the job they say they will. Thank you!
I cannot say enough good things about Clear Choice in Collingwood…for many years they have provided us with terrific biweekly service at fair prices. Twice I have had a problem with my spa…in each case they worked quickly and found cost effective solutions. I trust them completely…plus Karen and Rob are very nice people!
An absolute joke of a company. They DO NOT KNOW HOW TO CLEAN A HOT TUB!!! They say they show up but don’t and then they get offensive and dare you to call them liars. One famous line they use “ we clean hot tubs not bath tubs”. Called another company and they had to drain it completely and change the filters which were never changed as per their invoice!!
Purchased my first hottub from Rob&Karen , being new to hottubs had plenty of questions about the operation and maintenance.They have always been there to answer my questions even after the purchase and now going on 3 years later. I highly recommend them it’s nice to have support after the purchase, not just about the sale . Thankyou
