Highly insensitive and rude nurse. Blonde with glasses. She complained more about her being at the clinic since 7am than actually helping me. She kept telling me that she told my husband the information I needed but when I personally asked, she would raise her voice at me. Highly unprofessional and insensitive lady to be working in the medical field. I highly suggest they rethink their staff for the future.
I came to this place two times, but I got no reply from the doctors regarding my report. The lab says they will share the report only with doctors. After that in one month, my condition became worse. Further, I got help from somewhere else.
Only reviewing the registration process here, as I havent yet seen the doctor. The registration process is fine and receptionist is nice on my visit - contrary to reviews I read earlier!
Got treated like dirt for coming in with symptoms of insomnia and HPPD, and accused of trying to sell Trazodone of all things on the street when I asked about getting it prescribed. Doctor told me I was at severe risk of “hallucinating wanting to kill myself” if I kept smoking weed, even though I made it clear to him I was only having visual disturbances.
