The care is spotty. They took terrible care of my family member; over-prescribing them with multiple Benzos which altered their mental state. I was told it's called 'snowballing'.
Collingswood Manor took exceptional care of my grandmother during the nine years she resided there. They treated her with kindness and dignity. She began her journey there in independent living and very much enjoyed all of the social interactions, community events, and independence.
