After being with Colling Insurance for 11 years our satisfaction with them slowly decreased. The owner seem to pay less less attention and the employees were less than professional on a number of occasions. Then I received 3 proposal for insurance one with no deductible and two with different deductible amounts. Each contained a different price until you look at the payment schedule which was exactly the same on all three. I contacted the owner who simply was not interested in making the situation right.
