I have been a patient of Dr. Kitchell for 5 years now and he has been great. From my annual check up and blood work to the occasional minor illness, he has been really good at diagnosing the issue and setting up a wellness plan. Great bedside manner and always keeps my mind at ease. Great sense of humor as well.

He is a fantastic doctor who directed me to the proper neurosurgeon and saved my life.
Dr k is most wonderful. However, the office staff is immature, unprofessional and hang up on any customer question they are unable to comprehend. The appointment was also canceled without notifying us in advance . A new appointment was apparently made by the office without consultation with consumer. Dr. K and his clients deserve better. For this reason, I do not recommend this md.This is now a cleveland clinic owned office and md. Very cold, corporate, and Benjamin oriented.
