If i could give a honest review about my experience with Collin Insurance I would rate the service as zero. I asked that my renter's insurance policy to be canceled on February 26, 2015. On March 4, 2015 a payment was taken out of my account anyway. I spoke with Collin Insurance and I requested a refund on Marchb4, 2015. I was told by Stephen that he will get it taken care of.
