Clean waiting room. Easy first time patient. Set expectations and costs up front.
From start to finish, CCVIC made the whole process so simple! We were able to get a quick appointment for my pup's ct scan. The whole appointment took less than an hour and we had same day results! Their price was well under a competitor's estimate and there was nothing lacking! While we hope that our pups will never need anymore imaging, we would return to them in a heartbeat if ever needed! The center was great! They got us in for an ultrasound right away (next business morning). The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our appt was very punctual. The lobby is stocked with drinks and snacks for the hoomans and there is a sweet little basket of complimentary stuffies for the pets. Highly recommend.
I'll definitely be back if I ever need a CT scan for another pet. I had 2 areas scanned for my dog and it was 5x cheaper anywhere else in DFW. Staff was super friendly and it was done in less than an hour. They even showed me a quick preview of the scans and AirDropped to me while I was there. My dog walked out after the procedure and slept peacefully the rest of the morning. I received the radiographic report the next day along with the high-resolution digital image files to save/view.
