If I could rate them a zero, I would. No one answers the phone or returns calls.
I saw Dr. Wierschem 3 times and each time I saw him, he asked me the same questions about why I was there. On the third visit I asked him if he ever reviewed his patients records prior to entering the room. He said he didn't have time to do that due to the number of patients he sees daily. Very rude, long wait times, and doesn't care enough to look at his own notes and records. This is not the type of doctor I like to work with.
Been trying all week to get an appointment. Tranfers me to.new patient coodinator. Left messages to be returned within 24 hours.Havent heard from anyone in a week.I dont think ive ever had a problem like this just to scheadule a badly needed appointment. Crazy . I need help. Well I never actually got a chance to meet the doctor. I think right off the bat it set a bad feeling with me in regards to how the office is run and response time. I called to just schedule an apt. and couldn’t actually schedule with a person. You have to leave a message for a call back and on the voicemail it states that they will call you back to schedule within 24-48hrs. JUST TO SCHEDULE an apt.
