No one picks up the phone, very poor customer service
I typically do not leave reviews but this seemed like the best way to thank Sun Joo Kim RN. She was truly knowledgeable, polite and very helpful. Sun Joo showed me the kindness of guiding and collaborating with the Doctors to help me get my test results promptly. She went over and above to help me.
Workers always rude especially the receptionist. Need a new staff. Waited over an hour for her to say I have to wait a month.
This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The staff is incredibly rude. They never pick up the phone. They always send it to voice mail (they’re not that busy) They probably eat twinkies and watch the phone ring all day doing nothing at the front desk. Very lazy! The manager ( her name is Torres) of this center refused to answer my questions and hung up in my face. I don’t know how she still works in that position! I hope her boss sees this. Very fast service in and out in about an hour to get vaccines for my husband. Most of the vaccines are pretty affordable. The only issues are that they don't answer the phone and don't really return calls and the staff is a bit standoffish.
