Workers always rude especially the receptionist. Need a new staff. Waited over an hour for her to say I have to wait a month.
This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The staff is incredibly rude. They never pick up the phone. They always send it to voice mail (they’re not that busy) They probably eat twinkies and watch the phone ring all day doing nothing at the front desk. Very lazy! The manager ( her name is Torres) of this center refused to answer my questions and hung up in my face. I don’t know how she still works in that position! I hope her boss sees this. Very fast service in and out in about an hour to get vaccines for my husband. Most of the vaccines are pretty affordable. The only issues are that they don't answer the phone and don't really return calls and the staff is a bit standoffish.
I do NOT recommend Dr. Saddiqui. I had genuine health concerns and she made me feel like I was making it all up. She even implied that my mental health could be the reason for my physical health issues such as joint pain, sudden onset of constant urination, previous lab work that showed I had a possible need for a rheumatologist, constant nausea and fatigue. She literally told me that because it had been two years from the lab work that showed those results that I would need to start from scratch and prove that I really did ... read more
A very welcoming smile since we were there. My boy was not feeling nervous as he had to take extra immunizations. The staff was friendly and the service was quick and great. Keep the great job
