We asked for a rush job. They said ok. So of course my GC is constantly asking me about it. So what do I do. I ask Collin county about it. All the employees tell me. "Let me ask Justin and I'll call u back. ". Well no one calls me back. Well. So I call back. Apparently that really pissed the front desk and front office guys off. I had ordered a specific size gate. They built it 3/8" wider than I specified. So I had to shave 3/8" off two brick pillars to make it fit. I never called them and complained about it. I let it go.
