Anisha has changed my life for the better forever. I have gone to her on and off through different periods of my life where I need that boost of help getting back on my feet. She always provides so many tools to help me get back to where I want to be. She also will listen with so much care. If you are in a dark place like I was when I started, give Anisha a chance because she helped me get out of that place and back into the light.

Anisha was very thoughtful, truly tried to understand each situation and offered practical solutions to the challenges I was facing. I benefited a great deal from our sessions. I still refer to the takeaways she shared with me as a good reminder when things start to feel off-kilter. I find it easier to 'snap back' than before I started seeing her. I highly recommend Anisha.
Anisha is a great counselor, she provides an open, judgement free space to talk and explore current and past experiences. She provides tools to help one do the work in their daily life to grow and heal. She also has a patient and warm demeanor making the therapy sessions always welcoming.
Anisha has a wonderful way of making you feel comfortable while listening, which was important to finding the healing that I needed in my life. I highly recommend her, and will go back in the future as needed.
