When Mr. Clarke took my account over from Meg Hunt (another state farm agent) is when the situation started. He was supposed to have taken me, my husband, my house, my rv, my two kids and moved them over to him. Apparently he did not he left some there and brought some over to him. Which messed with my billing. After finally getting that fixed (after many calls that he would NEVER return) later on I got a letter in the mail saying my insurance lapsed, even though I had proof of payment.
