I was set up by my insurance company State Farm to have my vehicle fixed here. It was squished on a lift at the dealership when in for the first oil change. Leaving a foot long dent in the crease of the hood, a dent about 7” round, paint chipped on hood, and above the windshield. I believe I spoke to Orlando who was rude off the bat telling me there was no way that happened as lifts have stops.
