Went in this morning with a broken hose on a specialized upholstery cleaning tool thinking I was wasting my time but it was worth a shot. Jamie and Zach looked at and ran with it. Walked out 15 minutes later with a functioning tool and several hundreds of dollars that I thought I may have to spend on a new tool still in my pocket. This place is great!!
