I’ve come to the Manassas colliflower store twice. Both times I have been turned away and had to source parts on my own. The first was for JIC/AN hardliners which they advertised being able to make, though they are advertising they are not actually offering the service. The second was for a simple JIC/AN port fitting to male flare, - 10 I needed in an elbow, I only had a straight fitting. The hoses are the same from tipco but the tips are actually stronger .

When I needed a break, I caught it Zack in his compadre, stayed late for me. Get me the parts I needed with getting back on the job in the early a.m. way before they even open, which is where I want to be guys like this priceless! Ron is the man, I’m not halfway to the counter when he can spot the fitting in carrying. Amazing I haven’t stumped him yet with my hydraulic woes.

After 2 napas 2 advanced auto parts and all their terrible employees i was still looking for help. Ron singlehandedly solved my issue in 5 min. He provided exceptional knowledge and customer service. Im back on the road thanks to his help and expertise.
