Zack was amazing for the time we requested service and communicated about the current status for our vehicle. He was patient, through, and tried his best to help us. Eventhough, the service department was really busy over the holidays we got our vehicle back within a timely manner. Alex was nice as well.
Much improved service department so far. In the past the service has been “trash” to quote other reviews. Recently I contacted and scheduled a service appointment for my RAM truck. Very receptive and helpful response from Hillary to schedule unlike other service technicians in the past. Lucy in parts was helpful in ordering parts I would need for my upcoming appointment. I purchased my Rubicon from this establishment three years ago. The sales team was awesome. However, I was not too impressed with the service department. The service department Is TRASH. Actually, to give them benefit of the doubt, I had a bad experience with one particular person, Ms. Jody. I made an appointment online one week in advance. Horrible. They called me to tell me my vehicle was ready. When I got there, the check engine light was now on. Only did they tell me the issues after I walked into the shop while they tried to fix it. They stated I couldn’t get replacement parts for days and then suddenly poof available! They left their McDonald’s trash on my car. They did not put the oil change sticker in my vehicle. Did I get the service I paid for?! It’s unknown. And they used 1/4 tank of gas! I wouldn’t take my vehicle back here if it blew up!
Bought a used car there. Joe Bennett was a very fun, personable salesman. Most negotiations at a dealership are uncomfortable and boring, but not with him! He takes care of his clients!
