It's been a little over two months since our beloved, Mel, passed away. There were several things that I was unhappy about regarding his last visit there. The most upsetting one, was when they sent the fluid from his lungs for testing, and the results were emailed to me. Emailed! No follow up vet call to explain the results. It was left up to my interpretation! I thought that was highly unprofessional and uncaring. I will never come back to this clinic nor will I recommend this clinic to anyone I know.
We originally took one of our kitties there to be shaved for the summer heat because he is a long haired Nebelung & the price was reasonable... So we assumed they had fair pricing ...which they do not... We just spent $315 taking a stray cat we found to Collierville Animal Clinic... We were told she didn't have fleas but she does...Too many tests and all we wanted was basic shots. They say she's pregnant & that it will be an additional 450 - 500 to spay her... We have always gone to Old Hatchee vet in Bolivar Tennessee where... read more
