The man who likes to drive like a douche canoe on 9th Ave North at 711 outside uplands in a Collier property truck should learn how to drive and no be so impatient and drive like his butt is on fire. Just ridiculous especially in a mark business truck. One star is too much. Teach your employees how to drive.
Great communication on short notice for a parking situation. Very accommodating, reasonable and understanding. Most of all, I appreciated the transparency.
UPDATE- Went from Two stars to 1 ..would give a zero if i could. In less than 1 year they raised condo fees twice and in just under two years made everyone pay 400+ (more depending on unit) for an “assessment bogus fee” twice in two years. They gauge the living hell out of people …stay away from this property management. Isn’t part of looking after a property communication ? A simple task is a challenge for colliers. 3-5 business day to return a form I have to pay for to get done has turned into a 9 day and still isn’t done this is affecting the sale of my condo and I’m not impressed
Polite staff, unpolluted place, bright and comfy. I enjoyed the visit, and the value you get for the price is great.
