UPDATE- Went from Two stars to 1 ..would give a zero if i could. In less than 1 year they raised condo fees twice and in just under two years made everyone pay 400+ (more depending on unit) for an “assessment bogus fee” twice in two years. They gauge the living hell out of people …stay away from this property management. Isn’t part of looking after a property communication ? A simple task is a challenge for colliers. 3-5 business day to return a form I have to pay for to get done has turned into a 9 day and still isn’t done this is affecting the sale of my condo and I’m not impressed
Polite staff, unpolluted place, bright and comfy. I enjoyed the visit, and the value you get for the price is great.
Excellent service, friendly, knowledgeable.
They are trash property managers. I'm currently renting one of the apartments they took over and it has gone down hill ever since. I will be moving the first chance I get.
