Hands down the worst customer service I have ever encountered. This will be long and detailed so that other potential tenants are aware. Colliers purchased Crystal Tree Plaza in North Palm Beach, and upon purchasing their agent, Jonathan Rubins has been nothing but unprofessional and rude. 1) Whenever we requested the landlord's aid, Mr. Rubins would simply brush us off. Horrible customer service! Jonathan Rubins is extremely unprofessional. This (company) took over one of our offices building in Singer Island and since then it was a total nightmare dealing with him. Again, horrible customer service and very unprofessional treatment. They still owned us money and refused to pay us. Be careful with this company.
