I would give them less than a 1 if I could. Worst management company I've ever had to deal with, problems are not fixed in a timely manner and there is always a problem at this Saunders Ave. property. Roof has been leaking since we moved here in 2014, A/C units always having problems. So glad we are moving out of here in 2 months.
