I reside at the Pointe of Polaris on the second floor. Last night, Colliers power-washed the garage floor which is the 3rd Fl. garage at 8850 Lyra Dr. Tenants on the 2nd Fl. parked where they were supposed to, including me. Today, I found my 'brand' new 2024 car covered with dirt and grime and I don't know what all might have been on it. I was shocked and upset. I had just had my car cleaned a couple of days ago. I couldn't be more pleased with Collier's customer service and work product. The entire team is amazing. I particularly work with and communicate most with Brandon Fox, who makes my life so much easier by being in that building! They act fast to resolve any issues and do so with care, ensuring there is a genuine thorough fix, rather than a Band Aid.
