Chris Irwin was recommended to me by my Chamber. Chris is very brash and felt the need to make points In ALL CAPS as he was reprimanding a kid. Once he and his Associate, Tracey Tepper, knew that a commission was not on the immediate horizon they wanted nothing to do with us. He basically said go back to the Chamber. Epitome of that arrogant commercial real estate mentality. Would not recommend at all.
